Entrance Exam Cutoffs and Selection
Admission to the PGDM program at SPJIMR includes consideration of CAT scores. The SPJIMR CAT cutoff for PGDM Mumbai admission 2026 requires a minimum of 85 percentile overall in CAT 2025 or XAT 2026. Sectional cutoffs for CAT are set at a minimum of 75 percentile in each section (VARC, DILR, QA). For GMAT scores, an expected range of 685-700 is considered for admission.
The selection process involves two phases: profile-based shortlisting in the for starters phase and profile-cum-score based shortlisting in the second phase. Shortlisted applicants will participate in two rounds of personal interviews, conducted both online and in-person. The final selection is based on a composite score that evaluates the candidate’s profile, academic record, entrance test scores, work experience, and interview performance. SPJIMR does not permit deferment of an admission offer to subsequent years.
