The university issued the second round cutoff list after nearly 40% of the undergraduate seats remained vacant following the conclusion of the first round of admissions. Essential Next Steps for Shortlisted Candidates

If your name features in the second merit list, you must act fast. Professor Ramavatar Sharma, Convener of the Central Admission Committee, stated that the document verification window will remain open only from July 7 to July 9, 2026.

1. Offline Document Verification

You need to visit the respective college campus in Jaipur where you have been shortlisted. Make sure to carry original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  • Class 10 and Class 12 Marksheets

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Character Certificate (CC)

  • Migration Certificate (for boards other than RBSE)

  • Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable for reservation benefits)

  • Passport-sized photographs and printout of the RU Application Form

2. Online Fee Payment

Once your documents are successfully verified by the college authorities, an online payment link will be activated on your portal profile. You must deposit the admission fees online via the official portal by July 10, 2026. No offline cash payments will be accepted at the college counters.
