    • Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed JoSAA format, signed by a registered medical practitioner.

  • Fee Payment & Portal Proofs: Printout of Student Registration Form generated from the SVNIT MIS online admission portal, along with proof of seat acceptance and partial admission fee payments.

To ensure a smooth admission experience at the SVNIT Surat campus, students are advised to follow this step-by-step procedure:

  1. Online Pre-Registration: Before visiting the campus, candidates must log on to the SVNIT MIS online reporting portal (mis.svnit.ac.in) to fill in personal details, register for academic records, and pay any remaining balance institute/hostel fees. Print the generated registration form.
