TG PGLCET 2026 Phase 3 allotment result out: report to colleges by 29 September

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) announced the Phase 3 provisional seat allotment result for TG PGLCET 2026 LLM admissions on September 27, 2026. Candidates who participated in this final phase of counselling can check their allotted college and seat details on the official counselling portal, lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in.

Those who have been allotted a seat are required to pay the necessary tuition fee and report to their respective colleges by September 29, 2026. This deadline remained unchanged despite a revision in the result announcement date.

Reporting and Document Verification Process

Candidates must report to their allotted college by September 29, 2026, carrying all original documents along with their photocopies. The provisional seat allotment is based on factors such as rank, category, reservation claim, local status, and college choices made by the candidate. However, the allotment remains subject to the successful verification of these original documents.

Colleges are authorised to raise a discrepancy if any submitted document does not match the information declared during the registration process. Missing the reporting deadline for this final phase of counselling may result in the candidate losing their admission opportunity for the 2-year LLM programme.

About Tg PGLCET 2026 Admissions

The Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (TG PGLCET) is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad, on behalf of the TGCHE. This examination supports admissions to 2-year LLM programmes offered by over 15 participating law colleges across Telangana, which collectively offer 758 LLM seats.

Approximately 85% of these LLM seats are reserved for local (Telangana) candidates, while the remaining 15% are open to non-local candidates. The TG PGLCET is an online Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed within 90 minutes, with no negative marking. The syllabus covers subjects such as Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Crimes and Torts, IPR, and Labour Laws.

The online counselling registration for both TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026, covering admissions to 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM programmes, commenced on July 05, 2026, and concluded on July 10, 2026.
