Bihar DElEd: Apply for spot admission from November 2-4, 2026

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the schedule for the Bihar D.El.Ed spot admission process for the 2026–28 academic session. This process aims to fill vacant seats in non-government D.El.Ed training institutes across the state of Bihar.

Admission through this spot round will be based on the results of the D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2026. Candidates already enrolled in any government or non-government institution are not eligible to participate in this spot admission process.

Bihar Deled 2026 Spot Admission Schedule

The application window for vacant seats is set to open on November 2, 2026, and will close on November 4, 2026. Institution-wise vacancy details and other relevant information will be made available on the official website, bsbedel.com, starting November 2, 2026.

Following the application period, the final merit list will be published on November 7, 2026, after addressing any objections. Nominations based on this final merit list will then take place from November 7 to November 12, 2026. The deadline for updating admission details on the committee’s portal is November 17, 2026.

Previous Admission Rounds and Key Dates

The spot admission process follows several earlier rounds of admissions for the Bihar D.El.Ed 2026–28 academic session. The application period for the D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2026 commenced on December 11, 2025, with the last date for application and fee payment being January 24, 2026.

The examination was conducted from June 8 to 22, 2026, and the results were declared on August 5, 2026. Subsequent counselling applications were accepted from August 10 to 24, 2026, leading to the release of first, second, and third selection lists for admissions in August and September 2026. The deadline for previously enrolled students who paid a ₹3,000/- security deposit to pay the remaining first-year fee was October 27, 2026, with institutes updating their portals by October 28, 2026.
