AIIMS NORCET 11 Mains admit card out: download by 30 September for stage 2 exam

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, released the AIIMS NORCET 11 Mains Admit Card 2026 for the Stage 2 examination on 25 September 2026. Candidates who qualified for the Stage 1 examination can download their admit cards from the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in.

The Stage 2 examination for AIIMS NORCET 11 is scheduled for 30 September 2026. The admit card serves as a mandatory entry pass to the examination center and contains crucial details such as the exam date, center name, and reporting time.

Downloading the AIIMS NORCET 11 Mains Admit Card

Candidates are required to download a printed copy of their admit card from the official portal. No hard copies will be dispatched by post. To download the admit card, applicants must log in using their Candidate ID/Registration ID and password on the AIIMS examination website.

The admit card provides essential information including the candidate’s full name, candidate ID and roll number, photograph and signature, examination name, exam date, exam center name and address, reporting time, exam shift timings, and important candidate instructions. The city intimation slip issued on 23 September 2026 is not valid for exam entry.

Examination Day Guidelines and Required Documents

On the day of the examination, candidates must carry a printed hard copy of the AIIMS NORCET 11 Mains Admit Card 2026. In addition, an original, valid photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License is required. Candidates must also bring passport-size photographs that match those submitted with the application form.

Prohibited items at the examination center include mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic gadgets. Candidates are advised to reach their assigned examination venue well before the stipulated reporting time and review all mandatory exam day instructions.

NORCET 11 Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The NORCET-11 selection process comprises two stages: Stage-I (Preliminary Examination – 100 Marks) and Stage-II (Main Examination – 160 Marks). The Stage-I examination was held on 12 September 2026. The Stage-II exam is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 160 questions and a total duration of 180 minutes. The marking scheme awards +1 mark for correct answers and deducts -1/3 mark for wrong answers.

The Stage II exam is divided into four sections, with 40 questions per section, and each section has a time limit of 45 minutes. While Stage I is qualifying, the Stage II exam is also a qualifying exam, and its marks are not used in the final merit. The total number of vacancies for Nursing Officer positions across AIIMS institutes and Central Government Hospitals is 2,218.

Key Dates for AIIMS NORCET 11

The notification for AIIMS NORCET 11 was released on 24 July 2026, with online applications commencing on the same day. The last date to apply was 13 August 2026, 5:00 PM. The application status was made available on 24 August 2026, followed by Stage-I Exam City Intimation on 3 September 2026 and Stage-I Admit Card release on 9 September 2026.
