The preliminary exam is scheduled to take place on August 1 and August 2, 2026. Exam Pattern and Selection Journey

The preliminary exam tests candidates on basic aptitude and speed across three key sections. The exam comprises 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for 100 marks, with a total duration of 60 minutes:

  • English Language: 30 questions | 20 minutes

  • Quantitative Aptitude: 35 questions | 20 minutes

  • Reasoning Ability: 35 questions | 20 minutes

Each correct answer earns 1 mark, while 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer as a penalty. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be shortlisted for the Main Examination scheduled for September 2026, followed by the Psychometric Test, Group Exercises, and Personal Interviews later in the year.
