The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially released the Exam City Intimation Slip for candidates scheduled to take the RRB Group D Level-1 Computer-Based Test (CBT) on August 13 and August 14, 2026, under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 09/2025.

Candidates appearing on these dates can now access their allotted examination city, date, and shift details by logging into their respective regional Railway recruitment portals. How to Download RRB Group D 2026 Exam City Intimation Slip

Candidates can follow these steps to access and download their city intimation slip from the official candidate portal:

• Step 1: Visit the Portal – Go to your regional RRB portal. 

• Step 2: Locate the Link – Click on the link titled “RRB Group D (CEN 09/2025) – Download Exam City Intimation Slip”.

• Step 3: Enter Credentials – Input your Registration Number and Password / Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) along with the security Captcha code.

• Step 4: View & Submit – Click on the Submit/Login button to load your candidate dashboard.

• Step 5: Download & Save – Review your test city assignment and download the document as a PDF for future reference.

RRB Group D 2026 Admit Card Release Date

The RRB Group D E-Call Letter (Admit Card) is released strictly 4 days prior to each candidate’s scheduled exam date.

Candidates can use this authority to avail themselves of the free rail travel concession to and from their allotted examination city. They should carry the Travel Authority along with a valid photo ID and other required documents while travelling and appearing for the examination.
