AP NEET MDS 2026: Fill Phase 3 web options now. Join seats by Nov 16

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the AP NEET MDS 2026 Final Merit List for both Competent Quota (CQ) and Management Quota (MQ) seats. This release, which occurred on November 3, 2026, marks the commencement of Phase 3 web option entry for candidates seeking admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses in government and private dental colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

The Phase 3 notification was later issued on November 4, 2026, inviting eligible candidates to log in to the official portal, drntr.uhsap.in, to fill their choices. This phase represents the third regular round of AP MDS counselling for the 2026-27 academic year, following Phase 1 allotment results in early October 2026 and Phase 2 merit lists released on October 26, 2026.

Eligibility and Web Option Entry for Phase 3

NTRUHS has published two distinct merit lists for Phase 3: one for Competent Quota candidates and another for Management Quota candidates. Only those whose names appear on these specific lists are eligible to participate in the web option entry process for Phase 3. Concurrently, a consolidated Not Eligible list has also been released, and candidates on this list are barred from participating in the option entry.

Candidates are advised to visit drntr.uhsap.in to download the Consolidated Final Merit List PDF, verify their rank and eligibility, and then proceed to log in using their registered credentials to fill their college and course preferences. You can’t ignore for candidates to lock their web options before the Phase 3 deadline. NTRUHS conducts this counselling process in adherence to the guidelines set by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Key Dates and Subsequent Rounds

The current counselling phase has a defined timeline for candidates to complete their admission formalities. Following the web option entry, candidates who are allotted seats must report to their respective colleges by November 16, 2026. This deadline is critical for securing the allotted admission.

After the conclusion of Phase 3, only stray vacancy seats will remain. A Stray Vacancy Round Window has been scheduled from November 18 to 21, 2026, to fill any remaining seats. This will be the final opportunity for admissions through the counselling process.

Previous Admissions and Related Updates

Prior to the current phase, an earlier Final Merit List for PG Dental Admissions 2026-27 under Management Quota was displayed on September 28, 2026. This was followed by an additional opportunity for specific sub-categories (S2 (NRI)/NRI Lapsed and S3 (Institutional)) to submit documents with a late fee of INR 10,000. This submission window was open from October 3, 2026, 05:00 PM, to October 5, 2026, 05:00 PM, for private non-minority dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

In a separate but related development, a provisional merit list for AP NEET UG 2026 Management Quota for MBBS and BDS seats was released based on certificate verification as of October 24, 2026. This list included 73 candidates and detailed information such as NEET rank, NEET score, name, gender, category, date of birth, and area of residence, indicating eligibility for Cat-B1, Cat-B2, NRI, and Lapsed quotas. Candidates could search this list by Registration ID (UG26MQ + 8 digits) or NEET Roll Number.
