The allocation of seats was determined by candidates’ NEET UG 2026 rank, category, reservation status, and the web options submitted during Phase 1 of the counselling process.

Candidates can access their provisional allotment status by following a straightforward process on the official admissions portal. You really need to have the NEET roll number, application number, and date of birth ready to retrieve the results.

  1. Go to the official NTRUHS admissions portal at apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in.
  2. Click on the link for ‘AP NEET UG Phase 1 Provisional Allotment 2026’.
  3. Enter your NEET roll number, application number, and date of birth in the designated fields.
  4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to view your provisional allotment.
  5. Download and print the allotment letter for future reference.

AP NEET UG 2026 Counselling: Fees and Penalties

Upon successful provisional allotment, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable allotment fee of Rs 12,600 to confirm their admission. Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has also stipulated discontinuation penalties for candidates who withdraw after confirming their seats. An MBBS candidate discontinuing their course will incur a penalty of Rs 3 lakh, while for BDS candidates, the penalty is fixed at Rs 1 lakh.

AP NEET UG 2026: Important Background and Registration Details

The AP NEET UG counselling process for 2026 began with registrations without a late fee from August 5 to August 12, 2026. A late fee registration window was also provided from August 13 to August 14, 2026. The registration fee for OC and BC candidates was ₹3,000, while for SC and ST candidates, it was ₹2,400. With a late fee, the total registration fee for OC/BC candidates increased to ₹23,000, and for SC/ST candidates, it was ₹22,400. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted NEET UG 2026, and the AP NEET UG 2026 Final Merit List was released by NTRUHS on August 29, 2026, paving the way for the current provisional allotment.
