NEET UG BDS Phase 1 allotment out for AP: report to colleges by 22 September

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, released the Phase 1 BDS allotment results for NEET UG 2026 under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) for the academic year 2026-27 on September 17, 2026. This allotment is for admission to BDS courses in Andhra Pradesh, based on NEET UG 2026 merit ranks and the web options submitted by candidates.

A total of 769 candidates have been allotted BDS seats across 17 dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh in this phase. Candidates who have been allotted seats must report to their respective colleges by 4:00 PM on September 22, 2026, to complete their admission formalities.

Timeline of Phase 1 Allotment Process

The process for Phase 1 BDS admissions commenced with web options for college preferences closing on September 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The university then issued a provisional result notice on September 16, 2026, making it available on its official website. Candidates were given until 11:00 AM on September 17, 2026, to report any discrepancies in this provisional result through their candidate login.

Following the deadline for discrepancy reporting, the provisional result was treated as final. The final result notice, bearing reference No. 5156/MBBS/BDS/EA1/2026(CQ), and the Phase 1 allotment order were both released on September 17, 2026. Classes for the newly admitted BDS students are scheduled to commence from September 24, 2026, onwards.

Reporting to Allotted Colleges and Document Requirements

Candidates must report to their assigned BDS college by 4:00 PM on September 22, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat, which will then be added to the Phase 2 seat matrix as a vacancy. Candidates are advised not to approach colleges based solely on the provisional result and to await the final result and allotment letter before proceeding.

Essential documents required for reporting include the NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marks memos/pass certificates, Transfer Certificate, study certificates for seven years, local status/nativity certificate, Aadhaar card, passport-size photographs, and a printed Phase 1 allotment order. Reserved category candidates must also bring relevant caste, income, or EWS certificates.

Accessing Allotment Information

The official portal for BDS CQ 2026-27 Phase 1 Allotments is apmedco.com. The provisional result notice was dated September 16, 2026, while the final result notice and allotment order were released on September 17, 2026. Candidates can view and download their allotment order from drntr.uhsap.in.

It was reported that the allotment order download was unavailable due to server maintenance from 8:00 PM on September 18, 2026, to 10:00 PM on September 20, 2026. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official Dr. NTRUHS website for further notifications and updates regarding the admission process.
