AP NEET MDS 2026 Phase 2 final allotment out: report by September 30

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) on September 24, 2026, declared the AP NEET MDS 2026 Phase 2 Competent Authority Quota (CQ) final seat allotment for admissions to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programmes across dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh. This allotment is crucial for candidates seeking MDS seats, as Phase 2 represents the last major counselling round for the current academic session.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in this final round are required to report to their respective colleges by September 30, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will lead to the forfeiture of the allotted seat, potentially moving any vacant seats to a stray vacancy round.

AP NEET MDS 2026 Phase 2 Allotment Details

The final seat allotment for AP NEET MDS 2026 Phase 2 CQ was determined based on candidates’ NEET MDS 2026 ranks and the web options they exercised. The allotment order download facility became available on the official NTRUHS portal, drntr.uhsap.in, starting September 24, 2026.

This phase follows the completion of Phase 1 CQ Allotment earlier in 2026 and the release of the Phase 2 CQ Provisional Allotment, which allowed for objections before the final declaration. The Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, oversees online counselling for 50% All India Quota Post-Graduate Medical and Dental seats, as per Supreme Court directives, while state authorities manage their respective quotas.

Reporting Procedure and Required Documents

Allotted candidates must report to their assigned college by September 30, 2026. It is mandatory for candidates to carry all original documents along with two sets of self-attested copies for verification during the reporting process. Incomplete documentation can lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat.

The list of required documents includes the Phase 2 allotment order printout, NEET MDS 2026 rank card and scorecard, BDS degree and internship completion certificate, Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, Transfer certificate and study certificates for four years, Local status certificate and caste certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card, and recent passport size photographs. Candidates are advised to log in to drntr.uhsap.in to download their allotment order, cross-check the allotted college, branch, and category, and contact the allotted college to confirm the reporting window.
