Once a seat is assigned in the final phase, candidates must complete a mandatory two-step reporting protocol between July 25 and July 29, 2026, to secure their admission:
-
Online Self-Reporting: Log into the official portal, download the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, and click on the “Accept My Joining” tab. Candidates must pay the non-refundable AP SBTET recognition fee of ₹800 along with any applicable tuition fees online.
-
Physical College Reporting: Visit the newly allotted polytechnic college in person. You must submit your physical allotment letter, the online self-joining report, and a set of original documents for final physical verification.
