Bihar STET 2026 Examination Structure and Eligibility
The Bihar STET 2026 examination is designed to determine eligibility for teaching positions at secondary (Classes 9 and 10) and senior secondary (Classes 11 and 12) levels in Bihar government schools. The examination will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and comprises two papers.
Paper I is intended for candidates aspiring to teach Classes 9 and 10, while Paper II is for those targeting Classes 11 and 12. Each paper consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), carrying a total of 150 marks. The duration for each paper is two hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes), and there will be no negative marking. Eligibility criteria for Paper I require a relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree.
