One candidate, Rishu Kumar (Roll No. 817089), listed at serial number 2 in the EWS category, is an accused in criminal case No. 995/2019. His appointment is contingent on the final decision of the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Muzaffarpur, in Sessions Trial No. 153/2025.

Disability Assessment and Eligibility

Thirteen candidates with disabilities were referred to the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) in Patna for assessment. Out of these, five candidates were found to have a disability level of less than 40 percent, making them ineligible for benefits reserved for persons with disabilities.

In addition, six candidates did not appear for the disability assessment. Because of that, a total of 11 candidates will not be eligible for benefits reserved for persons with disabilities due to either their assessment results or non-appearance.
