The last date to fill the CMA Admission Form 2026 is 4th August 2026. Originally, the last date for the same was 31st July 2026. The latest extension gives additional time to aspirants to complete their registrations.

CMA India 2026: Registration and Examination Fee Structure

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) offers CMA India courses structured into three distinct levels: Foundation, Intermediate, and Final. The registration fee for the CMA Foundation course is ₹6,000, while the exam fee is ₹1,200. For the CMA Intermediate course, the registration fee stands at ₹23,100, with an exam fee of ₹2,800 for both groups. The CMA Final course has a registration fee of ₹25,000 and an exam fee of ₹3,200 for both groups.

A prospectus for Foundation and Intermediate courses costs an additional ₹250. Graduates are eligible to bypass the Foundation level, which saves them ₹6,000 in registration fees. A late registration fee of ₹500 will be applied if students miss the stipulated deadlines.

CMA India 2026 Eligibility Criteria

  • CMA Foundation: Candidates must have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board or institution.
  • CMA Intermediate: Candidates must have passed 10+2 and either:
    • Completed the CMA Foundation course, or
    • Hold a graduation degree from a recognised university, making them eligible for direct entry.
  • CMA Final: Candidates must have passed the CMA Intermediate examination conducted by ICMAI and completed the prescribed training requirements, wherever applicable, as per the institute’s regulations.

Aspiring candidates can complete their registration for the CMA India courses online through the official ICMAI portal.

  1. Go to the official website, icmai.in.
  2. Navigate to the “Online Admission” or “Student Section” link.
  3. Select the desired course level: Foundation, Intermediate, or Final.
  4. Fill in the application form with all required personal and academic details.
  5. Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, such as educational certificates and photographs.
  6. Proceed to pay the applicable registration fee online using debit card, credit card, or net banking.
