Admit Card Download and Examination Guidelines
To download the admit card, candidates will need their registration ID and password. AIIMS, New Delhi, has specified that admit cards will not be sent by post; candidates are required to download and print their own copies. It is mandatory to print at least two copies, as one copy must be surrendered at the exam centre after the test, while the other should be preserved for the counselling process.
The admit card print-out must include the Domain IP Address, Date, and Time of printing on the first line at the top. Only original print-outs with clearly identifiable details, including a clear print of the uploaded photograph, will be considered valid. Candidates are also advised to carry backup printed photographs if the one on the admit card does not display clearly, though no photograph needs to be pasted on the admit card itself.
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Number of printouts needed | At least two |
| What happens to one copy | Surrendered to the invigilator at the exam centre after the test |
| What the candidate keeps | One copy, which should be preserved for the counselling process |
| Consequence of printing only one copy | No admit card remains with the candidate after the exam |
Key details such as the exam centre and reporting time will be displayed on the admit card. Candidates must check all instructions printed on their hall tickets. In case of any discrepancy, candidates should raise a query through their ‘My Page’ on the official portal immediately. Candidates must sign the declaration on the admit card with the place and date.
Exam Pattern and Prohibited Items
The INI CET exam has a duration of 180 minutes (3 hours) and consists of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The question paper is divided into four sections, with 50 questions in each section.
