MH CET Law 3-year LLB CAP round 3 seat allotment out today, 23,859 seats offered

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has today, September 19, 2026, released the MH CET Law 3-Year LLB CAP Round 3 Seat Allotment. This allocation is part of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for admission to the three-year LLB programs across Maharashtra.

The official CAP application portal for LLB 3-year admissions for the 2025-26 academic year lists 218 approved colleges with a total intake of 23,859 seats. As of the latest data, 59,306 applications were locked and 54,466 were verified, with 44,783 candidates locking their options.

Previous Rounds for 3-Year LLB Admissions

The MH CET Law 3-Year LLB CAP Round 2 seat allotment result was announced on August 29, 2026, at 5 PM. Prior to this, the display of vacant seats for Round 2 occurred on August 23, 2026. Candidates participating in Round 2 had the opportunity to fill their college option forms from August 24 to August 26, 2026.

Following the Round 2 allotment, candidates were required to report to their allocated colleges and seek admission between August 31 and September 2, 2026. Colleges then uploaded the details of admitted candidates on September 3, 2026. A prescribed seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000 was mandatory for candidates accepting a seat in MH CET Law 3-Year LLB Round 2.

5-Year LLB Admission Schedule Concludes

Concurrently, the admission process for the MH CET Law 5-Year LLB program is also concluding. The Round 3 Final Merit List for the 5-year LLB program was published on September 16, 2026. The seat allotment for MH CET Law 5-year Round 3 was scheduled for September 18, 2026, at 5 PM.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the 5-year LLB Round 3 process are required to report to their respective colleges for admission formalities between September 19 and September 23, 2026. Colleges are subsequently scheduled to upload the details of these admitted 5-year LLB candidates on September 24, 2026. Round 3 is the final scheduled CAP round for the five-year LLB programme.
