MIT-WPU: Apply for UG/PG 2027; B.Pharm/Pharm.D deadline Oct 15

MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, Maharashtra, has initiated the application process for its 2027 admission cycle, covering a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and other academic programmes. Prospective students can now submit their applications online via the university’s official admission portal, admissions.mitwpu.edu.in.

The application fee for all programmes is Rs. 1800. While applications for most programmes are open, candidates interested in B.Pharm and Pharm.D programmes must note the application deadline of October 15, 2026. The university aims to admit students for the upcoming 2027 academic session.

Application Process and Key Deadlines

The application window for the 2027 admission cycle is currently active for several programmes at MIT-WPU. Candidates are required to complete the application form and submit the specified fee online. The university has set a specific deadline for its pharmacy programmes, urging applicants to adhere to it.

While the application process has begun, the dates for MIT-WPU CET 2027, a significant entrance examination for admission to many programmes, have not yet been announced. For reference, the 2026 cycle of MIT-WPU CET had an application deadline of April 6, 2026, with the exam conducted on April 9, 2026.

Admission Criteria for Various Programmes

Admission to MIT-WPU programmes involves various entrance examinations and evaluation components. While MIT-WPU CET 2027 is a primary route for many courses, it is not mandatory for every programme. For instance, BBA admissions consider MIT-WPU CET 2027 scores along with a Personal Interaction. Eligibility for BBA 2027 requires a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Class 10+2/HSC or equivalent, with English as a subject. Reserved category candidates from Maharashtra are eligible with a 45% threshold, and a three-year engineering diploma with required marks is also accepted under specific criteria.

For B.Des programmes, candidates can submit scores from MIT-WPU CET 2027, UCEED 2027, NIFT 2027, NATA 2027, or NID 2027, plus required interaction and portfolio components. MBA 2027 intake considers valid scores from national-level tests such as CAT 2026, XAT 2027, NMAT 2026, GMAT, CMAT 2027, MAH-CET 2027, PERA 2027, and MAT. MBA candidates also undergo a 50-mark online CBT, Group Discussion, Extempore, and Personal Interaction.

B.Tech Admissions and Associated Details

The official notification for MIT-WPU B.Tech Admission 2027, including application dates and the 2027 fee structure, has not yet been released. However, the current B.Tech admission framework accepts qualifying entrance examination scores from JEE, MHT-CET, and PERA-CET. For Bioengineering B.Tech, specific additional examination routes are applicable. Eligible B.Tech candidates are also required to submit a 500-word Statement of Purpose (SOP).

Students planning for MIT-WPU B.Tech Admission 2027 are advised to prepare for JEE Main 2027, check the MHT-CET 2027 admission route, track PERA CET if applicable, monitor the official MIT-WPU admission portal, keep Class 12 academic documents ready, and prepare an effective Statement of Purpose. Guidelines for International Students

MIT-WPU adheres to UGC-specified eligibility norms for international students’ admission applications. For confirmation of admission in all undergraduate programmes, international students are required to submit a certificate equivalent to the Class 12th examination and meet the equivalence criteria set by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Similarly, for confirmation of admission in all postgraduate programmes, international students must submit a degree awarded by a university and meet the AIU equivalence criteria. These guidelines ensure that academic qualifications from international boards and universities are appropriately recognised for admission purposes at MIT-WPU.
