The examinations were conducted during May and June 2026 for undergraduate programmes under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), including BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Honours), BBA, and BSW. The declared results cover Semester IV and Semester VI regular examinations, along with backlog examinations for various semesters. Osmania University has postponed all examinations scheduled for July 24, 2026, across its various faculties. The decision was announced by the Controller of Examinations on July 23 in view of the statewide educational institutions bandh called by Left-affiliated student unions in Telangana.
The university has clarified that a revised timetable for the postponed examinations will be announced separately, while examinations scheduled from July 25 onwards will be conducted as per the existing schedule. Students are advised to regularly check the official university website for the updated examination dates and further notifications.
