Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling registration begins today, October 15 deadline

The NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan (DME, Jaipur) initiated the registration process for Round 3 of Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions today, September 23, 2026. This round provides an additional opportunity for eligible candidates to secure seats in government, RajMES, RUHS, ESIC, and private medical and dental colleges across Rajasthan.

The complete schedule for Round 3 counselling was released on September 19, 2026, outlining key dates for registration, choice filling, fee payment, and reporting. The counselling process is conducted online via the official Rajasthan NEET UG portal, ug.neetrajasthan.com, with physical reporting at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

Application and Fee Submission Deadlines

Fresh registration for Round 3 began today, September 23, 2026. Candidates are required to complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of the online application form. The deadline for depositing the application fee on the website is October 3, 2026, by 4:00 PM, while the submission deadline for both parts of the application form is October 3, 2026, by 8:00 PM.

The non-refundable application fee is ₹2,500 for general fresh candidates. For SC/ST/ST-STA candidates of Rajasthan state domicile, the application fee is ₹1,500. Candidates who received a Round 2 seat but did not join and had their security money forfeited must register again and pay the required fee and security deposit. Eligible non-domicile candidates covered under Clause XI are also required to register.

Security Deposit and Choice Filling

The security deposit payment window is open from September 24, 2026, to October 7, 2026, closing at 5:00 PM on October 7. Online choice filling will also be conducted during this period, from September 24, 2026, to October 7, 2026, with choices auto-locking at 11:45 PM on October 7, 2026. It is mandatory for all participating candidates to submit fresh choices for Round 3, as previous round choices will not be considered.

The security deposit amounts vary based on the type of seat and college. For a Government MBBS seat, the deposit is ₹50,000. Management MBBS seats in Government Society Colleges and RUHS CMS require a deposit of ₹2,00,000, while NRI MBBS seats and MBBS seats in Private Medical Colleges both require ₹5,00,000. For BDS seats, the security deposit is ₹10,000.

Key Dates and Reporting Procedures

The provisional vacant seat matrix will be published today, September 23, 2026. The provisional merit list is scheduled for publication on October 4, 2026. Verification of Defence/Para Military and NRI certificates will take place on October 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at SMS Medical College, Jaipur. The indicative Round 3 allotment result will be published on October 9, 2026, followed by the provisional Round 3 allotment result on October 10, 2026.

Candidates who are allotted seats can print their allotment letters from October 11, 2026, to October 15, 2026. The deposition of the prescribed one-year tuition fee must also be completed during this period, closing at 12:30 PM on October 15. Reporting and document submission at the allotted college desk, located at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, is scheduled from October 11, 2026, to October 15, 2026, with reporting closing at 2:00 PM on October 15. The counselling board has stated that these dates are subject to revision.
