Admission Considerations and Cutoffs

Admission to Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) for a ward of defence may include concessions in the admission process. However, the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD-PI) call is based on multiple factors, including SNAP percentile, academic performance, and work experience. While SIBM Noida does not release official cutoffs, top MBA colleges typically require SNAP percentiles above 90 for admission.

The SNAP exam is a separate test for admission to Symbiosis institutes, requiring its own distinct application process. The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is conducted across three slots every December for admission to MBA programmes at various Symbiosis institutes, including SIBM Pune and Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune.
