The admission process, managed by the TG EAPCET Convenor, typically commences in July or August and concludes by September or October each year.

The State Government’s TG EAPCET, formerly known as TS EAMCET, serves as the entrance examination for these professional courses. Students are ranked based on their performance in this examination, with both MPC (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) and BiPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) groups eligible for admission.

Tg EAPCET Admission Process and Seat Allocation

The Convenor TG EAPCET conducts admissions through web counselling, filling 70% of the available seats based on the TG EAPCET rank. The remaining 30% of seats are allocated under a management quota by individual colleges, considering TS EAPCET rank, intermediate merit, or state government regulations. The admission schedule, managed by the Convenor, is subject to annual variation. Any seats that remain unfilled after the counselling rounds are next filled by colleges through spot admissions.

JNTU Hyderabad, acting on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), is responsible for managing the TS EAMCET counselling rounds. Four rounds of TS EAMCET B Pharm counselling are likely to be held: Round 1, Round 2, a Mop-Up Round, and a Stray Vacancy Round. The Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Rounds are conducted only if seats remain vacant after the initial two rounds.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents

To be eligible for TS EAMCET B Pharm 2026, aspirants must be Indian Nationals, OCI Card Holders, or PIO, and belong to either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, satisfying non-local or local status requirements. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31 of the admission year. The upper age limit is 22 years for general candidates, with a relaxation to 25 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.

During the TS EAMCET Counselling, candidates are required to submit several documents for verification. These include their Admit card, Mark sheet, Rank card, and a Photo ID. Students are advised to visit the official Telangana authorities’ and counselling website, tgeapcet.nic.in, for the official round-wise cutoff lists for B.Pharm.

Tuition Fees and College Options

The tuition fee for B.Pharm courses, applicable to both Category A and B seats, is Rs 1,02,600 per year. For Pharm.D courses, the annual tuition fee for Category A and B seats is Rs 87,400. These fees are consistent across both categories.

There are 17 B.Pharma colleges in India that accept TS EAMCET scores for the 2026 academic session. Popular choices for B.Pharma admissions through TS EAMCET 2026 include CMR College of Pharmacy Hyderabad, Geethanjali College of Pharmacy Keesara Hyderabad, and Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy Hyderabad. Palamur University and K U College of Pharmaceutical Sciences are known to accept ranks between 50,000 and 70,000 in TS EAMCET 2026.
