  • Resigned Candidates: Applicants who secured seats in Round 1 or Round 2 but formally submitted their seat resignation within the designated window (July 24 to July 27) are eligible to participate again in this round.

  • Document Readiness: Applicants must possess a valid class 10 and 12 mark sheet, qualifying CNET 2026 scorecard, and relevant category or domicile certificates issued by competent authorities.
