The declaration of this second list marks a further stage in the admission cycle for the five-year integrated B.A.LL.B. programme, for which the entrance examination was conducted on April 26, 2026, with results initially expected in late May 2026.

Online Counselling and Admission Process

The admission process for the selected candidates will involve an initial online counselling phase, followed by a mandatory physical reporting stage. Candidates who have been provisionally selected are required to access the online portal ‘counselling.amuonline.ac.in’ to complete their counselling and provisional admission procedures.

A detailed schedule for this online reporting will be communicated separately by the university. It has been specified by the Aligarh Muslim University Office of the Controller of Examinations that any failure to report for counselling or admission within the stipulated dates and times, or incomplete submission of requisite steps, will lead to the forfeiture of the candidate’s claim for admission.

Eligibility and Document Requirements

Admission for all candidates is contingent upon fulfilling all prescribed eligibility conditions and obtaining clearance from the Proctor’s Office. The university has stated that eligibility rules will be strictly adhered to and will not be relaxed under any circumstances.

At the time of physical reporting, which will occur after provisional online admission, candidates must present original mark sheets of their qualifying examination, along with all other relevant certificates and documents. In addition, 10 passport-size photographs are required. The payment of the admission fee must be made from the NRE Account of the candidates’ parents or sponsors through the counselling portal ‘counselling.amuonline.ac.in’, using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
