AP ECET Pharma 2026 Phase 1 seat allotment released: report to colleges by October 15

This allocation is for B.Pharm lateral entry admissions, based on candidates’ AP ECET rank, category reservation, and the web options they submitted.

Candidates who completed their registration and submitted web choices by October 10, 2026, are eligible to check their allocation status. The commencement of classes for Phase 1 is set for October 13, 2026, with a deadline of October 15, 2026, for completing the admission process.

Accessing Allotment Status and Reporting Procedures

To view their seat allotment status, candidates must log into the official portal, cap.apcfss.in, using their hall ticket number and date of birth. Following the successful allocation, candidates are required to download their Provisional Allotment Order and a self-joining report from the same portal.

The admission process involves two crucial steps: online self-joining confirmation and physical college reporting. Online self-joining must be completed directly through the candidate portal. For physical reporting, candidates must visit their assigned pharmacy college between October 13 and October 15, 2026, bringing original certificates and the requisite admission fees. Failure to complete either online self-reporting or physical college reporting within the specified schedule will result in the forfeiture of the allocated seat.

2. Submit online self-joining confirmation directly through the candidate portal.
3. Visit the assigned pharmacy college between October 13 and October 15, 2026, with original certificates and admission fees.

Key Dates for Phase 1 Counselling

The online web option entry process for AP ECET 2026 Phase 1 Pharmacy counselling concluded on October 10, 2026. Candidates had the opportunity to modify their web options on October 11, 2026. Any selections that remained unchanged after the editing period automatically became locked.

Centralised Counselling Portal and Previous Phases

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) utilises a new centralized counselling portal developed by APCFSS for all AP CET counselling admissions. This CAP portal supports various stages of the admission process, including registration, Aadhaar e-KYC verification, counselling fee payment, certificate verification, web option entry, seat allotment, self-reporting, and admission status tracking.

To register on the APCFSS CAP Portal, candidates require their CET Hall Ticket Number or Diploma PIN, Year of Passing, Date of Birth, Registered Mobile Number, and Aadhaar Number. Upon successful Aadhaar e-KYC verification, a User ID and Password are generated and sent to the registered mobile number. It is noted that the AP ECET 2026 Final Phase Seat Allotment Result was released on August 18, 2026, with self-joining and reporting at allotted colleges from August 19 to August 21, 2026, and classes commencing on August 20, 2026.
