CUCET 2026 Phase 2 registration ongoing: apply by September 30

Collegedwar.com indicates a last date for registration as July 31, 2026, with the exam date listed as August 1, 2026. For online registration, payment can be made via net banking, credit card, or debit card. Candidates must provide basic information, generate a username and password, fill in all required details, and book their preferred exam slots.

Examination Structure and Eligibility

The CUCET exam is conducted as a home remote-proctored examination, allowing candidates to take the test online from their location. It is a computer-based test (CBT) with a duration of 2 hours. The exam consists of 100 objective-type (MCQ) questions, with a total of 100 marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. For Bachelor of Engineering (BE) courses, the CUCET exam includes questions from Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.

To be eligible for undergraduate programmes, aspirants must have cleared Class 12 or its equivalent with the minimum aggregate required for their chosen programme. Specifically for B.E. / B.Tech courses, candidates must have cleared Class 12 with Physics and Chemistry as core subjects, and Mathematics is compulsory. Candidates who achieve more than 90% in their 10+2 examinations are exempt from taking the CUCET entrance test.
