Haryana Board October 2026 hall tickets out: download D.El.Ed., Secondary, Senior Secondary admit cards

The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani, has released the admit cards for the October 2026 D.El.Ed. Exam, Senior Secondary (Academic/Open) Examination, and Secondary (Academic/Open) Examination. Candidates appearing for these examinations can now download their respective hall tickets from the board’s official website, bseh.org.in.

The release of these admit cards is a crucial step for candidates, as a valid admit card with a scanned and duly attested photograph is required to gain entry to the examination hall. The Haryana Open School, an integral part of BSEH since 1994, also conducts annual and supplementary examinations at both Secondary and Senior Secondary levels, for which these admit cards are applicable.

Examination Guidelines and Eligibility Criteria

The BSEH has outlined specific guidelines for candidates appearing in the October 2026 examinations. For Secondary level examinations, candidates must have completed 14 years of age on 1st February of the admission year, with an exception for CTP candidates. There is no minimum age limit for Senior Secondary level examinations; however, candidates must have passed Secondary from BSEH or a recognized board. A mandatory gap of at least one and a half years between passing secondary and appearing in senior secondary examinations is also enforced, and passing the English subject in the Secondary Examination is compulsory for Senior Secondary candidates.

Regarding passing criteria, Secondary subject candidates need at least 33% marks in total, which includes external exam, practical, and CPE/SSA/INA/CCE components. Also, candidates must secure at least 33% marks separately in the external examination and, if applicable, in the practical examination. For Senior Secondary, a candidate must obtain at least 33% marks in each subject and 33% marks in aggregate to pass. For subjects involving practicals at the Senior Secondary level, 33% in theory and 33% in practical must be obtained separately.

Admit Card Access and Important Instructions

Candidates can access their admit cards directly from the official portal, bseh.org.in. The board has also provided contact information for any queries or discrepancies, including an email address at chairman@bseh.org.in and a toll-free number, 1800 180 4171. the Secondary Exam Feb/March 2026 section of the bseh.org.in website is currently under maintenance.

In case a fresh candidate is absent in all subjects (Theory & Practical), their result will be declared as ‘Cancelled’. For RE-APPEAR/CTP candidates who are absent in all theory papers but have INA/CCE/CPE/SSA marks available, their result will be declared as ‘ABSENT /RE-APPEAR’. Candidates are advised to verify all details on their downloaded admit cards and report any discrepancies to the board authorities immediately.
