BSF ASI Steno, HC Ministerial answer key 2024 out; raise objections by September 23

The Border Security Force (BSF) released the provisional answer key for the Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Stenographer and Head Constable (HC) Ministerial examinations 2024 on September 21, 2026. The answer key is available on the official BSF recruitment website, rectt.bsf.gov.in, for candidates who appeared in the examinations conducted on September 1, 3, and 18, 2026. These examinations represent the second phase of a multi-stage selection process for 1,752 vacancies across various Non-GD posts, including 243 posts for ASI Stenographer and 1283 posts for HC Ministerial.

Objection Window and Procedure

The objection window for the BSF ASI Steno and HC Ministerial Answer Key 2024 opened on September 21, 2026, at 3 pm and will close on September 23, 2026, at 11:55 pm. This three-day period is shorter than usual, potentially to expedite the recruitment process following multiple exam batches.

Candidates are required to log in to the Objection Management Portal using their BSF Roll Number and Date of Birth. The facility is available for both Direct Entry candidates, who are fresh civilian applicants, and Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) candidates, who are existing CAPF personnel seeking promotion. Objections must be submitted online through the official portal, as offline submissions will not be accepted. Candidates need to select the specific question to challenge, choose the correct answer option, and upload supporting documents or justification if required. An applicable objection fee may also be prescribed.
