Crucial Post-Allotment Schedule & Deadlines

1. Choose Freeze or Float Options: July 11 to July 13, 2026.

Log in to your portal to select your option. Choose Freeze if you are fully satisfied and want to lock the seat. Choose Float if you want to accept the seat securely but remain eligible for an upgrade in Round 3.

2. Submit Online Fees: July 11 to July 13, 2026.

Pay the required seat acceptance and counseling security fees online via your portal within this window to keep your admission active.

3. Document Verification at Help Centers: July 11 to July 14, 2026 (until 6:00 PM).

Candidates who selected the Freeze option must physically report to their designated District Help Centres for mandatory document verification.

4. Seat Withdrawal Window: July 15, 2026.

If you choose to opt out of the counseling entirely and claim a refund, you can process an official seat withdrawal on this date.

Mandatory Documents for District Help Centres

Candidates proceeding with the Freeze option must carry the original certificates along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  • JEECUP 2026 Admit Card and Official Rank Card

Aided colleges often extend up to rank 22,000, while private colleges accommodate ranks exceeding 50,000 based on local seat availability.

Unallotted candidates or those opting to float can participate in the Round 3 choice filling, which is scheduled to commence on July 16, 2026. The academic session for the 2026-27 batch officially begins on August 1, 2026. Keep refreshing the portal for real-time updates.
