KMAT 2026 result expected soon: scorecard download on kmatindia.com

The Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) is expected to release the KMAT 2026 result for Session 1 soon. Candidates who appeared for the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2026 will be able to download their scorecards from the official website, kmatindia.com, once the results are declared.

The KMAT 2026 exam, officially authorized by the Government of Karnataka, serves as a consolidated entrance test for admissions to MBA, PGDM, and MCA programs across 213 colleges in Karnataka. It is recognized as the last common entrance exam for MBA/PGDM Admissions 2026.

KMAT 2026 Result Release and Access

The KMAT 2026 result for Session 1 is anticipated to be released in the 3rd week of September 2026, or after September 20, 2026. The KMAT 2026 exam was conducted as a Home Based Online Remote Proctored Test with a duration of two hours. While the exam was held on September 20, 2026, it was also stated to be held on September 13, 2026.

To download the KMAT scorecard, candidates must visit kmatindia.com, click on the ‘KMAT result’ tab, and enter their login details, which include their Roll Number / Application Number and Date of Birth. The scorecard will display essential information such as the candidate’s full name, roll number, examination details, application number, section-wise marks, total composite score, and overall percentile rank. This scorecard is valid for the particular academic session only.

Post-Result Admission Process

Following the release of the KMAT 2026 result, participating colleges will publish their respective KMAT cutoffs. Shortlisted students will then be invited to subsequent admission rounds, which typically include a group discussion (GD), a written ability test (WAT), and a personal interview (PI). These rounds are crucial for final selection.

Final admission offers are determined based on a composite score. This score is derived from the candidate’s performance in the KMAT exam combined with their performance in the GD, WAT, and PI rounds. KMAT scores are accepted by 213 colleges across Karnataka for postgraduate management and computer application programs.

KMAT is an All India examination conducted in more than 10 cities across Bangalore, Karnataka, and the entire country.
