St. Joseph’s College of Commerce admissions 2027-28 Phase 1 open: apply by December 6

St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC), Bengaluru, has opened the Phase 1 online application window for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions for the 2027-28 academic year. Prospective students can submit their applications through the official website, sjcc.edu.in, until December 6, 2026.

The admission cycle, which began on October 10, 2026, covers 21 programmes spanning arts, commerce, science, and management streams. Entrance tests for specific programmes are scheduled for December 10 and 11, 2026, with classes for the new academic batch set to begin in June 2027.

Application Process and Key Dates

The application process for SJCC’s 2027-28 academic year is entirely online. Candidates are required to register on the official portal, complete the application form, and pay a non-refundable application fee. Following this, shortlisted candidates will appear for an entrance test, if applicable, and an interview.

SJCC, an autonomous institution with NAAC A++ accreditation, has the authority to design its own curriculum and conduct independent entrance examinations. This autonomy makes Phase 1 particularly significant for candidates aiming for its specialised commerce and other programmes.

Programmes Offered and Associated Fees

SJCC offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Undergraduate options include BA in English, Psychology, and Media Studies; B.Sc in Economics, Data Analytics, and Mathematics; BCA; B.Com Regular, FinTech, Industry Integrated, CA Integrated, Analytics, International Accounting and Finance, and Strategic Finance; and BBA Regular, Professional Finance and Accountancy, and Entrepreneurship. Postgraduate programmes include M.Com in Finance and Taxation, International Business, and Financial Analysis; and PG Diplomas in Business Administration, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Data Science.

The application fee for B.Com Regular is Rs. 700, while for BBA and B.Com (Professional, International Accounting & Finance), it is Rs. 800. All application fees are non-refundable. In addition, a non-refundable admission registration fee of Rs. 5,000 applies to B.Com Regular, BBA, and B.Com (Professional, International Accounting & Finance). For the B.Com (Professional, International Accounting & Finance) programme, an approximate ACCA registration fee of Rs. 2,500 is also required.

Application Requirements and Support

Applicants must ensure their applications are complete and accurate, as incomplete or incorrect submissions will be automatically rejected. A scanned copy of a recent colour passport-size photograph (35mm X 45mm or 98px X 128px) in formal attire on a white background, less than 100 KB, in jpg/jpeg format, is a mandatory requirement.
