Details to Verify on the Online Marksheet

The scorecard downloaded from the university portal serves as a provisional mark statement until official hard copies are distributed. Students must carefully check the following details printed on their digital marksheets:

  • Student’s Full Name and Father’s Name

  • Roll Number and Registration Number

  • Name of the College or Campus Department

  • Course Name, Branch, and Semester/Year

  • Subject-wise Internal and External Marks

  • Total Aggregate Marks Obtained and Maximum Marks

  • Overall Pass/Fail/Promoted Result Status

If a student finds any spelling mistakes, missing marks, or discrepancies in the online report, they should immediately inform their college examination head or submit a grievance to the university administration for correction.

Revaluation and Scrutiny Process

For students who are not satisfied with their marks or feel that their answer sheets were not scored correctly, DBRAU provides an online revaluation and scrutiny facility.

  • Scrutiny Application: Candidates can apply for mark verification within the specified window announced by the university.

  • Challenge Evaluation: Under university rules, students can also request to view their evaluated answer scripts or apply for challenge evaluation if permitted for their respective course.

  • Application Process: Rechecking requests must be submitted online through the university examination portal along with the prescribed fee per subject.

Distribution of Original Marksheets and Certificates

The university clarified that online scorecards downloaded from the result portal are strictly provisional documents meant for immediate academic use, such as applying for higher studies or provisional job applications.

Original printed marksheets and degree certificates will be dispatched directly to the respective affiliated colleges in due course. Students will need to collect their original hard-copy documents from their college administration office once the physical distribution schedule is notified by DBRAU.
