AP EAMCET 2026 Sports Quota physical skill test on 21 September: report by 8 AM

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced that the AP EAMCET 2026 Sports Quota Physical Skill Test for MPC stream engineering candidates will take place on September 21, 2026. The mandatory evaluation is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM sharp at the Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) Campus in Guntur.

This physical skill test is a crucial component for candidates seeking admission under the sports quota, as performance in this evaluation will directly influence seat allocation. Official notifications regarding the test have been published on the state counselling portal, cap.apcfss.in.

Mandatory Attendance and Reporting Details

All candidates who have applied for MPC stream engineering courses through the Sports Quota are required to attend the Physical Skill Test. Reporting at the ANU Campus in Guntur by 8:00 AM on September 21, 2026, is essential. Failure to attend the test will result in automatic disqualification from eligibility for sports quota seat allocation.

The test is being conducted under the supervision of technical experts and coaches from the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP). Any form of misconduct or unapproved absence during the test will also lead to automatic rejection of the candidate’s application for sports quota seats.

Required Documents and Attire

Candidates must arrive at the testing venue in appropriate athletic attire and with any sport-specific equipment they may require. It is mandatory to bring all original credentials for verification. These include original sports merit certificates, the AP EAMCET rank card, the hall ticket, the Class 10 marks memo, and a valid photo ID.

On top of the original documents, candidates are also required to submit two self-attested copies of all educational and sports certifications. These copies, along with the online counselling application form, must be presented during the physical validation process at the test centre. The testing center provides standard testing grounds only and does not offer customized equipment.
