AP EAMCET Round 3 seat allotment result expected today: report to colleges by 19 September

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is expected to publish the results today, September 17, 2026, on the official counselling portal, cap.apcfss.in.

This Round 3 allotment is crucial as it represents the final regular phase of the counselling process for the MPC stream. The result was initially scheduled for September 16, 2026, but was postponed by one day. Following the result publication, selected candidates must complete online self-reporting and physical college reporting between September 17 and September 19, 2026.

Accessing Results and Post-Allotment Procedures

To access their AP EAMCET Round 3 seat allotment result, candidates will need to log in to the official counselling portal, cap.apcfss.in, using their application number, user ID, password, and date of birth. The allotment is determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s rank, category, local status, submitted web options, and the availability of seats.

Upon successful allotment, candidates must download their allotment order from the portal. The next steps involve completing online self-reporting as per the instructions provided and then physically reporting to their allotted college. During physical reporting, candidates are required to carry all necessary original certificates, payment receipts, the downloaded allotment order, and photocopies of these documents.

Timeline of AP EAMCET 2026 Counselling Phases

The AP EAMCET 2026 counselling process commenced with a notification on July 16, 2026, following the declaration of results on July 1, 2026. The engineering stream exams were conducted from May 12 to May 15 and on May 18, 2026, while the agriculture and pharmacy stream exams took place on May 19 and May 20, 2026. The final engineering ranks were generated using a 75:25 weightage formula.

Phase 1 of the counselling saw online fee payment and registration from July 20 to August 1, 2026, with certificate verification at Help Line Centers from July 22 to August 2, 2026. Web options entry for Phase 1 was open from July 25 to August 3, 2026, with a modification window on August 4, 2026. The Round 1 seat allotment results were declared on August 9, 2026, and self-reporting and physical college reporting for Round 1 occurred from August 10 to August 15, 2026. Engineering and Pharmacy classes for Round 1 commenced on August 10, 2026. The final phase includes counselling for both BiPC and MPC candidates, with the AP EAMCET BiPC Phase 1 seat allotment result scheduled for August 28, 2026.

Details of Round 3 Counselling and Seat Distribution

For Round 3, candidate registration and fee payment were conducted from September 9 to September 11, 2026. Verification of uploaded certificates at Help Line Centers (HLCs) took place from September 9 to September 12, 2026. Web options entry for Round 3 was open until September 12, 2026, with a separate opportunity to change options available on September 13, 2026.

Out of the total qualified candidates, 1,82,317 qualified in the Engineering Stream and 63,546 in the Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream. Computer Science & Related (CSE) branches account for 52% of the total seat share. Other significant seat allocations include 30,763 seats for Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), 10,100 seats for Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), 9,215 seats for Mechanical Engineering, and 7,490 seats for Civil Engineering. The official mobile application, APSCHE myCET, is available on the Google Play Store to provide counselling information to candidates.
