BITS Pilani Board Topper Direct Admission 2026: Admission Offer Acceptance Deadline

Candidates who have been granted an offer in Iteration 1 must complete the admission acceptance process and submit the required fee payment on or before July 25, 2026, by 5:00 PM IST. Failure to pay the admission fee and confirm acceptance by the stipulated deadline will result in the forfeiture of the seat offer, and the seat will be passed on to the next eligible candidate in subsequent iterations.

• Board Rank: The applicant must be the First Rank Holder (Topper) in Class 12 of their respective central or state education board in India.

• Academic Year: Must have cleared Class 12 in the current academic session (2025–2026).

• Stream Requirements:

  • Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM): Considered for direct entry into all integrated first-degree programs (B.E., M.Sc., B.Pharm.).

  • Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB): Considered for B.Pharm., B.E. Environmental & Sustainability Engineering, and M.Sc. Biological Sciences.
    

• Tie-Breaking Rule: If a board declares multiple Rank 1 holders, BITS Pilani will admit a maximum of 4 toppers per board. Ties are broken based on Class 12 scores in Mathematics/Biology, then Physics, then Chemistry, followed by Class 10 scores.
