The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has officially initiated the online registration and choice filling process for the CSAB Special Rounds 2026 on 28th July 2026 at csab.nic.in. The registration portal was activated after a brief momentary technical delay on July 28. The mock seat allotment will be out on 31st July 2026 at csab.nic.in. The portal is currently open for both CSAB Special Round and DASA UG 2026 candidates.

The registration window was originally slated to open early on July 28, 2026. However, due to administrative and technical considerations, the portal faced a brief hold, prompting CSAB to temporarily defer the start before activating the live portal later in the day.
Candidates can now visit the official portal at csab.nic.in to create their login accounts, pay the Special Round Enrolment Fee (SREF), and submit their preferences. Authorities have advised candidates not to wait until the final hours to avoid payment gateway congestion.
