Key Dates and Examination Structure for GATE 2027
The GATE 2027 examinations are scheduled to take place on February 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, and 21, 2027. The results for the examination are slated for announcement on March 19, 2027. Eligibility and Examination Pattern
Candidates who are in their final year of, or have graduated in, engineering, technology, architecture, or a related science discipline are eligible to apply for GATE 2027. There is no specified upper or lower age limit for the examination. The GATE exam pattern incorporates Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.
Each paper in GATE 2027 will consist of 65 questions, with 10 questions dedicated to General Aptitude and 55 questions from the chosen subject. The total marks for the GATE exam are 100.
