Haryana NEET UG round 3 provisional seat allocation out today, pay fees by 14 October

The Department of Medical Education and Research, Government of Haryana, today, October 12, 2026, released the provisional seat allocation for Haryana NEET UG Round 3 counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions for the 2026-27 academic session. This allocation is for admissions to Government, Government Aided, and Private Medical and Dental Educational Institutions in Haryana, including those under Private Universities.

The provisional result is indicative and subject to change, and cannot be challenged in a court of law. Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 3 are required to appear physically with original documents before the admission committee.

Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Counselling Schedule

The counselling process for Round 3 commenced with fresh registration, editing, choice filling, and choice locking from September 28 to October 10, 2026, until 11:59 PM. Following the provisional seat allocation today, candidates have a window to complete subsequent admission steps.

Grievances concerning the provisional allocation can be submitted today, October 12, 2026. The provisional tuition fee payment is scheduled from October 12 to October 14, 2026, with a deadline of 11 PM. Physical document verification is set for October 15 and 16, 2026, starting at 9 AM. Candidates can download their provisional admission letter between October 15 and October 17, 2026, and the final joining deadline at the allotted institute is October 17, 2026, by 4 PM.

Eligibility and Participation in Round 3

Registered candidates who did not secure a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 were eligible to participate in Round 3. Also, candidates who were allotted seats in Round 1 or Round 2 but did not join could also participate, subject to applicable counselling rules. Those who joined their Round 1 or Round 2 seat and wished to upgrade could indicate their willingness through their candidate login.

The counselling authority, which includes Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, has advised students to provide accurate details during registration. Candidates applying under categories such as BCA/BCB and EWS were specifically instructed to pay attention to the validity requirements for their certificates. Fee payment is a mandatory step, and candidates are required to save the payment receipt or confirmation for the subsequent document verification stage. Separate notices regarding documents, category certificates, and other admission requirements have been issued by the Haryana counselling authority.

Previous Rounds and Admission Process

The provisional result for Round 1 of the 2026-27 session was released on September 2, 2026. Grievances for Round 1 provisional allocation could be submitted online until 12:30 PM on September 2, 2026. Round 1 seat allocation was determined based on candidate preferences, category, seat matrix, NEET-UG-2026 Score/Rank, and Haryana Government Notifications dated August 27, 2026.

Candidates whose category or quota has been changed in the same institution and subject are required to obtain an online generated relieving letter and get admitted on the changed category or quota seat from the allotted institution. The official portal for the counselling process is maintained by the Department of Medical Education and Research, Government of Haryana.

Next Steps for Allotted Candidates

Candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats in Round 3 must take several steps to secure their admission. These include checking their allotment on the Haryana counselling portal today, October 12, 2026, and submitting any grievances on the same day. The provisional tuition fee must be paid online between October 12 and October 14, 2026, by 11 PM.

Following fee payment, physical document verification is mandatory on October 15 and 16, 2026, from 9 AM onwards. Candidates can then download their provisional admission letter between October 15 and October 17, 2026. The final step is to join the allotted institute by October 17, 2026, at 4 PM.
