Eligibility and Application Process for Round 3
Only candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 are eligible to participate in this round. Also, applicants must meet the Bihar state domicile and reserved category rules as stipulated by BCECEB. Candidates who did not secure a seat in the previous rounds are permitted to register afresh for Round 3. Those who had already joined a seat in an earlier round must have used the resignation window, which was open from October 1 to October 2, 2026, before re-participating.
The registration process is entirely online on the BCECEB website. The counselling fee is non-refundable and must be paid online during registration.
