KLEE 2026 Counselling Registration Details

The deadline for submitting options is 11:59 PM tomorrow, 18 September 2026. The process requires candidates to log in to the Three Year LL.B 2026 Candidate Portal.

A CAP registration fee is applicable, with Rs 1,000 for General category candidates, and Rs 500 for SC/ST/OEC categories, along with for inmates of Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, and Sreechithra Home. After paying the fee online, candidates must list their acceptable colleges and courses in their true order of preference. This is non-negotiable to recheck the sequence carefully, as higher options once allotted become binding. Candidates are advised to save and submit their final option list well before the deadline and download the confirmation page as proof of submission.

Previous KLEE and KEAM Counselling Rounds

The KLEE 5-Year LLB counselling 2026 option registration had a deadline of 14 August 2026. For the Three-Year LLB program, option registration closed earlier, on 12 August 2026, at 11:59 PM. The Provisional Rank List for the 3-Year LLB course was published on 14 July 2026. The Kerala LLB 2026 counselling process was anticipated to commence in August 2026, and typically includes around three rounds of seat allotment, including a mop-up allotment.

In parallel, the KEAM 2026 Engineering Counselling concluded on 10 August 2026. The KEAM 2026 rank list was declared on 26 June 2026. Phase 1 allotment was released on 8 July 2026, followed by Phase 2 seat allotment on 20 July 2026. The final round, Phase 3, saw its allotment result declared on 5 August 2026, with the last date to join an allotted college being 10 August 2026.

The CEE, Kerala, established in 1983 through Government Order GO(MS) No-31/83/HEDn, is responsible for conducting entrance examinations and counselling for various professional courses.
