AP LAWCET 2026 CAP Round 1 registration begins: apply by September 29

The registration window for CAP Round 1 opened on September 24, 2026, after 4 pm, and the final date for counselling registration is September 29, 2026. AP LAWCET 2026 CAP Round 1 Counselling Schedule

The counselling process for AP LAWCET 2026 CAP Round 1 includes several key dates for candidates to follow. Special category verification is set for September 28, 2026, while online certificate verification will occur from September 25 to October 2, 2026. Following these, web option entry will be available from September 29 to October 2, 2026, with a provision for changing web options on October 3, 2026.

The Phase 1 seat allotment results are scheduled for release on October 6, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats must then report to their respective colleges between October 7 and October 9, 2026, to confirm their admission. Candidates who qualified in the AP LAWCET exam conducted on May 4, 2026, are eligible to participate in this counselling process.

Registration Process and Fees

To participate in the AP LAWCET 2026 CAP Round 1 counselling, candidates must visit the official website cap.apcfss.in. The registration process mandates Aadhaar-based authentication, and all required documents must be uploaded in PDF format. General candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹1050, while candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD categories have a reduced fee of ₹550. This fee must be paid as part of the online registration to complete the application for counselling.
