The Mop-Up Round is the final state-level opportunity for MBBS and BDS aspirants in Madhya Pradesh. It follows earlier rounds of counselling, and the Round 2 seat resignation deadline was extended to October 1, 2026, at 6 PM, to allow more seats to become available for this final round.

Fresh registration for eligible NEET UG 2026 qualified aspirants will commence on September 28, 2026, and conclude on October 2, 2026. Candidates who have already registered in previous rounds are not required to register again.

The revised state merit list, which will also display the vacancy status, is scheduled for publication on October 3, 2026.
