The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) on October 6, 2026, released the schedule for filling examination forms and depositing examination fees for the Punjab Board Class 10 and 12 board exams 2027. This schedule applies to regular students enrolled in government, recognised, affiliated, and associated schools across Punjab.

The examinations are slated to be conducted in February-March 2027, with schools having been able to generate examination forms and pay fees since October 5, 2026. The board has also specified a mandatory 75% attendance requirement for all candidates appearing in both written and practical examinations.

Examination Fees and Components

The PSEB has detailed the examination fees for both Class 10 and Class 12 candidates, outlining the breakdown of charges. For Class 10, the total examination fee is Rs 2,000, which includes the examination fee and charges for hard and digitised soft copies. Class 12 candidates will pay a total of Rs 2,450, covering similar components.

An additional subject fee of Rs 550 per subject is applicable for both Class 10 and Class 12 where students opt for extra subjects. Schools have the option to submit examination forms and fees either online or by generating a bank challan for offline payment.

Registration Deadlines and Late Fees

The last date for submitting examination forms and paying the fee without incurring a late fee is October 23, 2026. However, the deadline for depositing offline challans for payments made without a late fee extends to October 29, 2026. The PSEB has also provided a schedule for submissions with various late fees, ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 2,000, extending the final deadline to December 3, 2026, for offline challan deposits with the highest late fee.

The board has stated that the detailed examination timetable for the February-March 2027 exams will be issued separately. Candidates are advised to adhere to the attendance rule and the specified deadlines to ensure their eligibility for the upcoming board examinations.
