  2. Access Candidate Login: Click on the “Phase 2 Seat Allotment Result” link available on the home screen.

  3. Enter Credentials: Enter your ROC Form Number, TG EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth.

  4. View Allotment Order: Your provisional seat allotment order will display the allotted institute name, branch, fee details, and admission instructions.

  5. Download & Print: Download the allotment order and keep at least three printed copies for submission during college reporting and record-keeping.

Step 1: Online Fee Payment and Online Self-Reporting

After checking the seat allotment status, candidates must complete the mandatory online self-reporting process through their portal login between July 22 and July 24, 2026.

Important: Paying the tuition fee online and generating the official joining report is essential to secure your allotted seat. If you miss the July 24 online self-reporting deadline, your provisional allotment will automatically be cancelled.

  • Tuition Fee Payment: Candidates can pay the tuition fee using online payment modes such as debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Students who qualify for full fee reimbursement or zero tuition fees can directly proceed to online self-reporting without making a payment.

  • Online Undertaking & Acceptance: Accept the online declaration and click on “Accept My Joining”.

  • Generate Admission Number: Once self-reporting is submitted, the system generates an official Admission Number along with a printable Joining Report.

Step 2: Physical College Reporting & Document Verification

Once online self-reporting is completed, all students who were allotted seats in Phase 2 must physically visit their assigned college between July 25 and July 28, 2026, to finalize their admission.

During physical reporting, students must present original certificates alongside two sets of photocopies:

  • SSC (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) Marks Memos

  • Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Study / Conduct Certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate

College authorities will verify all original documents on-site. Upon successful verification, the college will issue an official Admission Confirmation Letter.

Final Phase Counselling Outlook

Candidates who do not receive a seat in Phase 2 or those wishing to seek further upgrades will have one last opportunity during the Final Phase of Counselling, which begins registration on July 31, 2026. Candidates are advised to keep their login credentials secure, complete all fee transactions over safe personal connections, and complete physical reporting well before the deadline.
