TS EAMCET Phase 2 Counselling 2026 Begins Tomorrow: How to Register, Web Option Dates & Schedule at tgeapcet.nic.in

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) will officially begin the Phase 2 counselling registration and choice-filling process for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET, formerly TS EAMCET) 2026 tomorrow, July 17, 2026.

Candidates who wish to secure engineering, pharmacy, or other professional college admissions in Telangana can access the official counselling portal at tgeapcet.nic.in to register, pay processing fees, and exercise their web options.

With Phase 1 of the admission process now completed, the second round provides a vital opportunity for students to secure their preferred college branches or find seats if they missed out during the initial round.

Who is Eligible for Phase 2 Counselling?

The second round of counselling is open to several categories of candidates:

• Fresh Applicants: Students who qualified for the TG EAPCET 2026 but did not participate, register, or pay fees in Phase 1.

• Unallotted Candidates: Those who participated in the first phase but were not allotted any seat.

• Dissatisfied Candidates: Students who were allotted a seat in Phase 1 but are looking for a better college or a different academic branch.

• Missed Opportunities: Candidates who completed their certificate verification in Phase 1 but failed to submit or lock their web options.

Crucial Warning: All participating candidates must enter fresh web options. Any options entered during the Phase 1 counselling will be treated as null and void and will not be carried forward to Phase 2.

How to Register and Pay the Processing Fee

If you are registering for the first time in Phase 2, you must follow these steps to pay your processing fee and secure your certificate verification slot:

1. Visit the Portal: Go to the official website: tgeapcet.nic.in.

2. Payment of Fee: Click on the “Payment of Processing Fee” link. Enter your TS EAMCET registration number, Hall Ticket number, and Date of Birth.

3. Pay Online: Submit the processing fee using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

   • General (OC) and BC Candidates: ₹1,200

   • SC and ST Candidates: ₹600

4. Slot Booking: Once the fee is successfully paid, proceed to book a slot (select your nearest Help Line Centre, date, and time) for document verification.

Note: If you already paid the processing fee and got your documents verified during Phase 1, you do not need to pay again or attend verification. You can directly proceed to log in and fill in your web options starting July 18.

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

After the Phase 2 allotment results are announced on or before July 22, 2026, successful candidates must pay their tuition fees and “self-report” through the website.

Importantly, unlike Phase 1 where only online reporting was required, candidates who confirm their seats in Phase 2 must physically report to their designated colleges between July 25 and July 28, 2026, along with all original documents and fee receipts to secure their final admission. Failure to report to the college within this timeline will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.
