How to Check GUJCET Round 2 Allotment Status

Candidates can access their personalized allotment results by logging into the ACPC candidate dashboard. Follow these straightforward steps to check your result and download your letter:

1. Visit the Official Website: .

Go to the official ACPC single portal at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in using a secure web browser.

2. Log In with Credentials:

Click on the candidate login link. Enter your unique Application Number, Password, and the displayed security PIN/CAPTCHA.

3. View Allotment Result:

Navigate to the ‘Seat Allotment Result’ tab on your dashboard to see your allotted college, branch, and category.

4. Download the Allotment Letter:

If satisfied, click on the option to download and print your Provisional Seat Allotment Letter. Save a digital copy for your records.

What to Do Next: Fee Payment and Seat Confirmation

Once you see your allotted seat, you have two primary options based on your satisfaction level:

1. Accept and Freeze the Seat

If you are satisfied with the college and engineering branch allocated to you, you must pay the token tuition fee online.

  • Government/Grant-in-Aid (GIA) Colleges: The token fee is approximately ₹1,500.

  • Self-Financed Institutes (SFI): The token fee is approximately ₹20,000.

Paying this fee via the portal’s payment gateway generates your final admission slip, officially securing your seat.

2. Opt for an Upgrade

If you choose to participate in subsequent counselling rounds to try for a higher preference, you can opt for the ‘Accept & Upgrade’ option. However, you must still pay the token fee to retain your current Round 2 seat as a safety net. If a better seat opens up in Round 3, your Round 2 seat automatically cancels. If no upgrade occurs, your Round 2 seat remains secure.

Important Warning: Do not miss the July 19 deadline. If you do not pay the required token fee by 11:59 PM on July 19, your allocation will be permanently cancelled, and you will lose that seat completely.

Document Verification and Reporting

After successful online fee payment, candidates must double-check the reporting instructions provided on their allotment letters. Make sure to compile your original document sets—including your Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, GUJCET 2026 scorecard, caste certificate (if applicable), and your printed allotment letter—for the final verification stage at the respective institutes.

For candidates who wish to completely opt-out, the online admission withdrawal window remains open until July 19, 2026. The remaining vacant seats after this round will be displayed on July 20, followed by the commencement of Round 3 choice filling on July 20, 2026.
