The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has officially released the Round 3 Seat Allotment Result for the UP Polytechnic e-Counselling 2026. Candidates who participated in this round of choice-filling can now log in to the official portal—jeecup.admissions.nic.in—to view their allotted colleges and course branches.

According to the official notification, candidates allotted seats in this phase must pay their seat acceptance and counselling fees online by July 23, 2026. Completing this step is mandatory to confirm admission, after which candidates must proceed with physical document verification.

What Should Candidates Do Next?

Once you log in and check your seat allotment status, follow these key steps based on your requirement:

  1. Pay the Acceptance Fee: Log in to your candidate dashboard on jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Pay the required seat acceptance and counselling fees online using net banking, UPI, or a credit/debit card before July 23.

  2. Understand ‘Auto-Freeze’ Rules: For Round 3, seats assigned to candidates are automatically frozen in many cases to finalize admissions before subsequent rounds open up. If you accept the seat, print out your Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.

  3. Visit a District Help Center: After paying the fee, report to your nearest District Help Center (DHC) in Uttar Pradesh for physical document verification between July 21 and July 24, 2026.

  4. Prepare Required Documents: Bring both original documents and photocopies, including:

    • JEECUP 2026 Admit Card and Rank Card

    • Provisional Allotment Letter

    • Class 10th and 12th Marksheets & Certificates

    • Category / Sub-Category Certificates (if applicable)

    • Passport-size Photographs and Valid ID Proof

Note: If a candidate fails to deposit the seat acceptance fee by July 23, 2026, their allotted seat will be automatically cancelled, and they risk losing their claim over the seat.
