This is a critical phase for applicants. According to the official rules, all seats allocated in Round 3 will be treated as “Freeze” by default. This means you will not have the “Float” option to upgrade your seat in further rounds. Candidates need to follow these simple steps to submit their preferences through the student login portal:

Select your preferred polytechnic institutes and engineering/diploma branches from the available list. Arrange them carefully in your order of highest priority.

5. Save, Lock and Print:

Review your choices thoroughly. Save and lock your options before the July 19 deadline. Don’t forget to download and print the confirmation page for your future admission records.
