Mandatory Aadhaar Face Authentication

In a move to curb recruitment impersonation and streamline verification, the TSLPRB has made Aadhaar Face Authentication mandatory for every applicant.

Before starting the online application form, job seekers must download the official Aadhaar FaceRD app on their mobile devices to complete live identity verification. Applications without verified Aadhaar authentication will be rejected automatically.

Selection Process Explained

The TSLPRB selection procedure is divided into structured elimination stages to ensure candidates meet both physical and academic standards:

  1. Preliminary Written Test (PWT): A screening examination testing General Studies, Arithmetic, and Reasoning skills.

  2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who pass the written screening are evaluated on height/chest specifications and physical tasks including running, long jump, and shot put.

  3. Trade/Driving Test: Required specifically for technical posts such as Drivers and Mechanics.
